Band Quest 2012 Application form
Thanks for reaching the application stage. We hope you have read through the information we provided on the Band Quest website before completion.
Each band member needs to pay the deposit value of £10 per person. This deposit is returnable so long as terms and conditions are not breached. There is NO entry Fee to be part of Band Quest.
Payment Methods:
1) Paypal - pay to email info@bandquestuk.com (please make sure any costs/fees are paid when you make the transaction)
Go to www.paypal.com to open up paypal window and submit your deposit - you must have read the terms and conditions.
2) In cash in advance of 30/09/2011
3) By cheque made payable to The Rock Matrix
Please ensuree you have understood the terms and conditions before making payment.
Further info will be required after the initial form and deposit have been received.
